10 Metrics to Measure AI’s Impact on Your Workforce

Most organizations talking about AI in the workforce are still operating on instinct. Leaders hear that teams are moving faster. Recruiters say sourcing is easier. Managers say AI is helping with documentation, reporting, or content creation.

That may all be true. But anecdotal improvement isn’t the same as measurable business impact. If AI is changing how work gets done, that change should show up in workforce data.
